Francesca M. Bergeret-Simpson represents clients in a wide variety of complex civil and commercial litigation matters.

Francesca was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She obtained an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from Mary Baldwin University in Staunton, Virginia, and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law graduating with honors and a concentration on civil litigation and dispute resolution. At Case Western, Francesca tutored peers as a legal writing fellow and engaged in student practice in the Appellate Litigation Clinic. While practicing in the clinic, Francesca argued appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals. Before joining Kemp Jones, LLP, Francesca completed a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Justice Douglas Herndon of the Nevada Supreme Court.

Francesca is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Nevada.
